Regarded by some as the father of Italian design, Gio Ponti was a Renaissance man who designed everything from skyscrapers to spoons. This masterful, kaleidoscopic motif is taken from the linoleum he created and used inside the famous Pirelli Tower, a beautifully slender and landmark building that soars above the Milan skyline, which he also helped to design.
